PEAKPROFIT PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

PeakProfit is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not achieve a return on your membership fee within 45 trading days, excluding holidays. To qualify for the refund, you must demonstrate that you have utilized the strategy as instructed and outlined.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

You have the option to cancel the automatic renewal of your PeakProfit account. You can do this by accessing your “My Account” area within the PeakProfit Heartbeat application after logging in, or by reaching out to us via email at ask@peakprofit.app. When you cancel your PeakProfit account, you are discontinuing future automated renewals. If you choose to cancel your active subscription, your account and subscription will be deactivated, and you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.

Additionally, canceling your subscription will result in the forfeiture of your tiered pricing. Please note that if you fail to cancel automatic renewal before your renewal date (or the end of your trial period), we will proceed to charge your membership fee to the original payment method for the upcoming renewal period, as authorized by you. All fees paid are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Managing your subscription is your responsibility.
